After rigorously studying BIZ modules and listening to any recording I could find from any fitness entrepreneur, leadership expert, top coaches.. and gave myself an aggressive education on all things running a business I was able to bring the gyms Monthly Gross from $15K to averaging $30K.
I love getting down and dirty with Zen Planner systems, event organizing, ROSTERS, job structures and staff management.
When I transitioned to a full time BIZ/WBBC employee I snagged even more skills.. and heightened what I had already considered myself “skilled” at. Marketing, copywriting and goal setting were added to my favorite things to work on.
I miss being on the front line working at a gym, and love talking about anything to improve your life as a box owner and your athlete’s experience.
